  • iPhone devices from Mainland China.
  • iPhone devices from Hong Kong and Macao (except iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS).

Note for iPhones and iPads purchased in Turkey

  • If you set up the device on or after June 23, 2020, your eSIM should activate after installation—contact your carrier if eSIM is not enabled.
  • For devices set up before June 23, 2020, follow the activation steps from Apple/carrier support. Back up your device first if instructed to erase data.

iPad support

Only Wi-Fi + Cellular iPad models support eSIM.

Samsung models in South Korea

Most Samsung devices purchased in South Korea do not support eSIM, except:
