Note for iPhones and iPads purchased in Turkey
- •If you set up the device on or after June 23, 2020, your eSIM should activate after installation—contact your carrier if eSIM is not enabled.
- •For devices set up before June 23, 2020, follow the activation steps from Apple/carrier support. Back up your device first if instructed to erase data.
iPad support
Only Wi-Fi + Cellular iPad models support eSIM.
